| FINANCE EXECUTIVE |

| Responsibilities: |
|
- Ensure payments are made according to company’s policies and procedures
- Plan, organize and supervise the staffs of Accounts Payable section
- Review work performed by the checking assistant to ensure payment package is completely checked
- Work closely with other departments to ensure payments procedures are adhered to
- Ensure accrual process quarterly and year-end is properly done to cover all liabilities
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for financial audit in Accounts Payable section
- Liaise with suppliers/customers on payment issues
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and achievement of corporate results
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Head of Finance
